NYS COVID-19 Wastewater Concentration Dashboard*
The New York State Wastewater Surveillance Network Concentration Dashboard reports levels and trends of COVID-19 in untreated sewage entering wastewater treatment plants in New York State. View categories of SARS-CoV-2 levels by sewershed as well as how SARS-CoV-2 levels are increasing, decreasing, or stable over the most recent two-week time period.
NYS COVID-19 Wastewater Variant Dashboard*
The New York State Wastewater Surveillance Network Variant Dashboard also reports the levels of different SARS-CoV-2 variants from wastewater testing data. Selected wastewater samples with positive SARS-CoV-2 results are genetically sequenced to identify specific variants, which are aggregated into broader lineages for population-level analysis at the counties, regions, and sewersheds levels.
CDC National Wastewater Surveillance Dashboards
CDC’s Wastewater Program collects and displays wastewater (sewage) data from communities across the United States. Explore the current wastewater viral activity level/trends for the following pathogens: COVID-19, flu (influenza A and H5), RSV, mpox, and measles. Data is available at the site level, as well as the state, regional, and national levels.
